Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead ITTStar's marketing efforts from Hebbal, Bangalore. You will own the full marketing cycle, including social media, content, email campaigns, and webinars, and work closely with Management, Directors, and the Sales team to generate qualified leads. The role needs 6-8 years of digital marketing experience in an IT company, a strong social media presence, and the drive to hit targets both as an individual contributor and as a team lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire marketing efforts for ITTStar
Collaborate with Technical Writer, Management/Directors and Sales Team gathering requirements, planning the marketing efforts, and following complete Marketing cycle.
Handle the entire Social Media activity for ITTStar
Plan content, videos, blogs in Social Media
Handle the Email Campaign - First email, follow up email's
Plan Webinar's with the team/Department
Plan the target audience with the Sales Team and Director
Work as Individual Contributor and handle a team of marketing.
Provide inputs on Content Writing and creative design along with the Designer.
Collaborate with Sales team and discuss the leads generated
Should plan daily and weekly meeting with Management and discuss the strategy on what is working and what is not in Marketing activities to generate qualified leads.
Work towards achieving the targets on a regular basis
Work with the latest and greatest efforts in marketing as per the current market scenario.
Qualifications
Must have at least 6-8 Years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
Must have worked as Individual Contributor
Must have knowledge of the entire cycle of Marketing
Must have strong Social Media presence
Should be target oriented and thrive to achieve the goal
Must have worked with IT Company
Any exp marketing services of IT company is a plus
Any certification in Marketing will be a plus.
